Horses of the NVRHA
The horses our members ride are all over the board - from back yard horses to show horses that have never seen a cow to ranch raised horses. Some are young, some are old. The one thing they must all possess is the ability to go from fast moving, high intensity classes and then calm down for the quiet classes - Ranch Riding and Ranch Trail. Not an easy thing for some horses to do.
They consist of horses registered with breed associations such as the American Quarter Horse Association, American Paint Horse Association, Appaloosa Horse Club of America, Arabian Horse Association - to name a few. Among the unregistered we have had ponies, mustangs, quarter horse mixes, paint horse mixes, mules - you name it, we have probably had it at one time or another.

We ask that all horses have a Horse Identification Number on file in the NVRHA Office to allow us to accurately track points earned.
